X marks the spot for BMW, with the X3, X2 and now X4 rushing to market within months of each other. As before, the new X4 is a coupé version of the X3, based on the same CLAR platform and with a similar 5 Series-inspired cabin. It’s longer than the outgoing X4 and has a lower roofline to ensure a sportier appearance, as well as 25 litres more boot space to give a total capacity of 525 litres.
